Overview

We\'re looking for a passionate ESG Coordinator / Analyst to join our Corporate Affairs & ESG team, providing operational, administrative and analytical support to help deliver on our Environmental, Social and Governance commitments.

The Opportunity

You\'ll play a key role in supporting the execution of RCC\'s ESG strategy, coordinating data, developing systems and processes, and helping communicate our progress. This is a hands-on, dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, detail, and collaboration.

What You\'ll Do
  • Support the implementation of ESG initiatives and reporting.
  • Collect, validate and analyse ESG metrics and data for internal and external reports.
  • Maintain ESG systems, dashboards and information platforms.
  • Assist in developing communications, presentations and sustainability collateral.
  • Support internal events, training sessions and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate documentation and ensure governance compliance.
About You

You\'ll be highly organised, analytical and proactive. Someone who takes pride in accuracy, teamwork and continuous improvement.

  • Experience in a coordinator, analyst or administration role (ESG, corporate affairs or communications desirable).
  • An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Sustainability, Business or a related field (preferred but not essential).
