Job summary

Argo Natural Resources is seeking an ERZ Controller / Deputy for Ironbark No. 1, based in Queensland’s Bowen Basin. This hands-on leadership role will guide the crew to deliver planned work safely, efficiently and to high standards of compliance.

You’ll manage people and equipment, set performance expectations, and ensure all statutory mine standards are met. FIFO/DIDO and onsite accommodation are provided, with 7/7 rotating shifts and strong career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• QLD or NSW 3rd Class ERZ Controller COC, mutual recognition possible.
• G189 (S123) & G2 or willingness to obtain.
• Lead daily activities with the crew to achieve operational targets.
