Job summary

Core Talent is recruiting a Management/ERP Accountant for a 12-month FTC based in Melbourne, VIC. The role supports SAP S/4HANA rollout across three sites, balancing project work with ongoing operational finance tasks.

The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years in financial and management accounting within manufacturing, strong SAP FI/CO/MM/PP/WM skills, and excellent Excel abilities to drive accurate costing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in financial and management accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on SAP ERP experience (FI/CO/MM/PP/PM/WM) and S/4HANA knowledge.
• Experience with system implementations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide full financial support for the SAP S/4HANA rollout across three manufacturing sites.
• Assist with day-to-day operational and month-end close activities.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and cost accounting checks.
• Coordinate data loads and UAT activities with project and finance teams.
• Support inventory management, stock counts and site finance tasks.
