Job summary

Harrison McMillan is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to provide architecture leadership and assurance across a complex ERP program lifecycle. The role involves governance across Workday, ServiceNow and implementation partners, with a hybrid ACT-based setup.

The candidate will lead integrations, identity, data and security design, ensuring architecture quality and smooth transition to operations in a multi-system environment.

Job description

Harrison McMillan is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to provide architecture leadership, analysis and assurance across a complex ERP Program lifecycle.

This is a 6-month initial contract with 2 x 6-month extension options and is based in ACT. Hybrid working arrangements apply, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Due to the nature of this role, a Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance, or the ability to obtain one, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artefacts across business, data, application, technology and security domains.

Provide architecture alignment, governance and assurance for Workday, ServiceNow and implementation partner solutions.

Lead cross-platform architecture design for integrations, identity, reporting, monitoring, data exchange and operational support.

Support ERP integration, identity and data architecture assurance activities.

Review and assure solution architecture, integration design, migration approaches and transition-to-operations artefacts.

Demonstrated enterprise architecture leadership, design assurance and governance experience across complex ERP or corporate systems programs.

Strong experience in integration, identity, data, reporting, records, cyber/security, service management, decommissioning and transition-to-operations considerations.

Ability to prepare governance packs, architecture advice, decision papers and executive-level documentation.

Experience working with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, cloud platforms and implementation partner architects.

Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs within complex enterprise environments.
