Job summary

NEPEAN is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator in Campbelltown, NSW, to manage ERP-driven parts purchasing, stock control and order fulfilment for spare parts.

You will coordinate picking/packing, cycle counts, receiving/despatch, and ensure safety and compliance, backed by ERP (PRONTO) and strong customer service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years warehousing experience, freight bookings, a valid Australian licence, and work rights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in warehousing.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Experience in freight bookings (e.g., TNT, TOLL, DHL).
• Prior experience in a similar warehouse role in industrial/mining/materials handling or manufacturing (desirable).
• PRONTO ERP experience is essential; good computer literacy.
• Effective written and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work in a team with responsibility and problem solving.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Current work rights in Australia.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police background check and a Pre-Employment Medical check.

Inventory Planner & Warehouse Coordinator

• Permanent position located in Campbelltown

Due to internal changes and growth, we are currently seeking a suitably experienced individual to join our team based in Campbelltown NSW, in the permanent full-time position of Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator. This hands-on role will see the successful applicants' duties include:

• Purchasing of spare parts and consumables
• Spare parts enquiries and sales
• Picking, packing and preservation of spare parts
• Quality checks and control

• Cycle counting and stocktake
• Housekeeping of warehouse and work area

The Right Person

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

• Between 3 – 5 years' experience in warehousing
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Experience in freight bookings e.g. TNT, TOLL, DHL etc.
• Prior experience in a similar warehouse role within industrial, mining, materials handling, or manufacturing industries (Highly desirable but not essential)
• PRONTO or equivalent ERP system experience is essential, coupled with good computer literacy
• Effective written and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of responsibility and problem-solving
• Current Australian Driver's License.
• Current work rights in Australia.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police background check and a Pre-Employment Medical check
