Job summary

The Shire of Augusta Margaret River is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to join the ERP Team in Margaret River. You will optimise our Datascape ERP, improve business processes and translate data into insights that support smarter decision-making for the community.

Bring strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and experience with ERP projects. This is a non-continuing, full-time role based in WA with salary range $99,609–$105,706 plus superannuation and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Improvement or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, improvement, and implementation.
• Proven ability to manage or support ERP and ICT-related projects.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, including the ability to extract, interpret and present data to support decision-making.

• Contribute to ERP enhancement and transformation projects across the end-to-end system lifecycle.

About you

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Improvement or a related discipline, or relevant experience.
• Experience in working with ERP systems, in particular Datascape, in a local government setting would be an advantage.
