YO AI Labs is seeking an Equity Research Expert to contribute to a remote, contractor-based project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis and sector insights. You will review real-world equity research content and help train AI systems, with no prior AI experience required.

The role emphasizes ownership of research outputs, robust earnings analysis and the ability to develop investment theses across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP or Director with ownership of models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or other industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation and event-driven research.

You'll apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research content and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.
