Qualifications

• 8+ years in Australian public practice at Manager/Senior Manager level or as a principal.
• CA qualification through CA ANZ; Registered Tax Agent status is valued.
• Proven ability to own, retain and grow a client portfolio.
• Deep tax, structuring and advisory expertise for private groups; SMSF experience valued.
• Proven leadership, coaching and staff retention capabilities.
• Commercial judgement with P&L awareness; pricing and WIP management.
• Proficient with practice management systems including MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Own the significant client relationships in the business you lead.
• Deliver proactive tax planning, structuring, asset protection and succession.
• Build a team that people want to join and stay with mentoring and study support.
• Represent the firm in communities and support causes our people care about.
• Own the profit and loss of the business you lead.
• Set standards on deadlines and clear, no-surprises communication.
• Review and sign off complex work across entities including tax matters.
• Uphold professional standards and risk framework without exception.
