We are seeking a permanent full time Workshop Equipment Sales Specialist to join our team based in Tottenham/Melbourne to provide exceptional customer service to our VIC customers through advising and guiding them through our range of equipment products.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide customer service and advice to new and existing customers
• Workshop equipment sales
• Customer follow ups
• Workshop equipment demonstrations and installations
• After-sales equipment training

In this Equipment Specialist position you will:

• Ideally have mechanical/automotive knowledge and must hold a valid driver's licence
• Be able to communicate in both a technical and non-technical manner
• Possess a team focus with strong relationship building skills
• Have the ability to work autonomously and organise and prioritise efficiently
