Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Sydney is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to provide governance, assurance and delivery support across client project portfolios. The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders within an Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to ensure projects are governed, supported, and delivered to customer-focused outcomes.

The office is located in the Sutherland Shire; you will be expected to attend the office three days per week.

Qualifications

Significant experience in project and portfolio management.
Experience in Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) environments.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building.
Proven track record delivering customer-focused outcomes.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Exposure to SAP PPM and SAP PS is desirable.

Responsibilities

Support project portfolios in line with their project management methodology.
Provide project governance and assurance, ensuring appropriate controls, processes and reporting are maintained.
Provide project delivery support, expertise and guidance to project teams and portfolio stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Legal, Health and Safety, and other corporate functions.
Provide practical advice and support to project managers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project and portfolio management practices.
