Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the contracts delivery for a mega scale EPCM project based in Adelaide or Brisbane. You will determine contracts strategies and drive end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring materials, equipment and services are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Supply Chain and Commercial Director, you will mentor the contracts team, partner with procurement, engineering, cost and planning controls, and

Qualifications

• Masters or degree in supply chain, law, business, commercial, quantity surveying, construction management or related field.
• Proven leadership experience on major EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong procurement strategy, tendering, negotiation and contract administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle including negotiations, award, and governance.
• Deliver Contract Management Plan and train stakeholders on requirements.
• Manage supplier performance, variations, claims, and close-out.
• Oversee complex tendering and commercial negotiations with legal teams.
• Align with senior project personnel and client representatives on priorities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and Australian Industry Participation obligations.
