Job summary

PineGro, part of the Yates Group and DuluxGroup family, is seeking an Environmental Compliance & Quality Manager to own EPA licensing and drive product quality across our Victorian and NSW sites. Based at Clayton with regular site travel, you will shape environmental strategy and ensure regulatory alignment throughout operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing EPA environmental licences (essential).
Strong working knowledge of environmental regulation in regulator, waste, or manufacturing settings.
Auditing experience and ability to interpret and apply standards.
Hands-on, collaborative style to gain trust of operational teams.

Responsibilities

Own EPA compliance and lift product quality across sites.
Lead environmental licensing requirements for new feedstocks and products.
Based at Clayton head office with travel to sites in Victoria and New South Wales.
Partner with operations to implement continuous environmental improvements.
