Job summary

PineGro, part of the Yates Group family and connected to DuluxGroup, seeks an Environmental Compliance & Quality Manager to own EPA licences and drive product quality across our sites in Victoria and NSW. The role is based at Clayton head office with travel to multiple sites, split roughly 70% environmental compliance and 30% quality improvement.

You will be our go-to expert on EPA licensing, interpreting licence requirements for new feedstocks and determining impact on finished products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing EPA environmental licences (essential).
• Strong working knowledge of environmental regulation, ideally gained in regulator, waste, or manufacturing settings.
• Auditing experience and ability to interpret and apply standards.
• Hands-on, collaborative style with ability to earn trust of operational teams.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental science, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own EPA compliance and lift product quality across our sites.
• Be the go-to expert on EPA licensing.
• Explain licence requirements and impact on finished product for new feedstocks.
• Based at Clayton head office with regular site visits in Victoria and NSW.
• Report to the General Manager.
