Job summary

ISS Facility Services in Sydney is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our team on a full-time basis. You will support frontline operations at a school site, lead a team of 10+ staff, and help maintain high cleaning standards and quality control.

The role includes stock review, order processing, record keeping, and delivering excellent customer service with strong communication. NSW Police clearance and Working with Children Check are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or industrial.
• Demonstrated knowledge in floor maintenance and high-level cleaning with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job.
• Professional presentation and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) NSW Police clearance within 3 months of issue.
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) NSW Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

ISS Facility Services is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Leading handto join our team in a Full-Time role in Fairfield.

This role will support our frontline team to ensure smooth daily operations and site maintenance of the school, developing and facilitating quality control measures and supporting a team and ensuring conditions are met. As well as to undertake general administrative tasks, this role includes the tracking of cleaning work end-to-end through in-house system.
