Job summary

Genesis Mining Services invites expressions of interest for Ancillary Operators at our Leonora operation. Roles commence Nov 2026–Jan 2027. 15 days on, 13 days off FIFO from Perth to Leonora. Base at a purpose-built camp with facilities.

You’ll operate ancillary machinery, follow safety policies, perform pre-start checks and work with supervisors and other operators to meet production targets. Minimum 2 years’ experience; mining experience preferred.

Job Statement

We are looking for highly motivated Ancillary Operators to join our growing Genesis Mining Services (GMS) team at our Leonora Operation. Positions will commence between late November 2026 and late January 2027. Due to continued growth and new projects coming online, we’re seeking experienced operators who are committed to the safe and efficient operation of ancillary equipment to support our expanding production requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing operation, contribute to our success and operate brand-new machinery.

Job Details

The role is offered on a 15 days on, 13 days off FIFO roster from Perth to Leonora. You’ll be based at an established accommodation camp in Leonora, with excellent facilities including a gym, as well as access to local town amenities.

About your experience:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience within the mining industry (preferred).
