Lightsource bp in Sydney is seeking an Environmental Planner with 2-3 years' relevant experience to join Lightsource bp's Australian Environmental and Social Planning team. Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in environmental planning or related field.
• Experience contributing to environmental planning/assessments or permit applications.
• Foundational understanding of Australian environmental and planning legislation.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental planning and approvals for onshore wind, solar, battery storage projects.
• Coordinate inputs from consultants and technical specialists.
• Assist with consultant scopes, tracking deliverables, and budget oversight.
• Review reports and approvals for quality and compliance.
• Engage with government agencies, councils, communities and landholders.
