Civil Services Group in Queensland seeks environmental professionals for Mackay Region to support the Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program and future tenders. Roles involve delivering timely environmental services to keep construction on schedule and ensuring regulatory compliance across projects.

Candidates should have a degree in Environmental Science or Engineering and 2–3 years of industry experience on road infrastructure.

Formación

• Degree in Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience on green or brownfield infrastructure construction projects, with at least 1 year on TMR Roads Infrastructure Projects or Australian Road Authorities.
• Experience in desktop and field surveillance, data collection, collation and analysis.
• Planning, conducting and closing out field audits described in Environmental Management Plans to industry standards.

• Provide timely, efficient, compliant environment services to avoid delays to construction programs.
• Manage resources and funds to meet program needs.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal processes; identify areas for improvement.
