Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or similar.
• Experience in a NATA accredited laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab operations and instrument performance.
• Lead team and conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure QA/QC, ISO/NATA compliance and audit readiness.
• Identify and implement process improvements and evaluate new methods.
