Job summary

Powerdata Group Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Officer to support environmental flood recovery and related programs in Parramatta and regional locations. You will coordinate activities, manage documentation and reporting, and provide stakeholder support across multiple recovery projects.

Within the Recovery & Resilience Programs team you will adapt to changing priorities, schedule meetings, take minutes, and maintain accurate project records to support governance and timely,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project support, administration or coordination.
• Experience supporting contractor-led or on-ground projects is a plus.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and changing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Capacity to travel to regional locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of flood recovery projects focused on environmental clean-up and on-ground outcomes.
• Coordinate project activities to help achieve agreed milestones and deliverables.
• Provide day-to-day project and administrative support, including meetings and minutes.
• Collect and update project information for reporting and continuous improvement.
• Assist with reports, briefings and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to support delivery of on-ground works.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records to support project governance and reporting.
