The role

As an Environmental Consultant, you will be supported by experienced colleagues while gaining greater independence in technical and client-facing work. You will:

  • Undertake site investigations, surveys, dataset interpretation and modelling
  • Prepare high-quality environmental reports and advice
  • Contribute to projects across environmental management and remediation
  • Support project management on small to medium assignments, including risk identification and quality standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and perspectives are understood
  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and collaborative team spirit

About you

You are a degree-qualified professional in a relevant field with developing consultancy experience. You are:

  • Ideally with two years plus experience in a similar role
  • Growing your technical expertise with a desire for continual learning
  • Confident in engaging with clients and presenting findings clearly
  • Capable of working independently on site and in report preparation
  • Interested in managing projects and understanding the financial and risk aspects involved
  • Committed to safety, quality and building strong working relationships
  • Professional certification and ongoing industry training will be highly regarded.
