Job summary

Harvey Fresh within Lactalis Australia is seeking an Environmental Advisor to lead environmental compliance and wastewater management at the Harvey site. You will supervise WWTP operations, coordinate with regulators and internal teams, and drive sustainability initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/Bachelor in Environmental Science and 1–2 years in wastewater management, with strong communication and regulatory knowledge. Local role with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years’ experience in wastewater management preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and environmental systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
• Ensure compliance with DWER and licence conditions.
• Identify system improvements and implement procedural changes.
• Manage environmental reporting, data analysis, and regulatory submissions.
• Support capital planning and budget adherence.
• Champion sustainability initiatives and HSE culture.
