The Opportunity – Environmental Advisor

We are seeking a motivated HSE Advisor to provide specialist environmental support across projects, fabrication workshops, and field operations. This is a hands-on role working closely with managers, supervisors, and frontline teams to ensure compliance with legislation and minimise environmental impacts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental assessments, audits, and site inspections.
• Advise project and operational teams on environmental management plans.
• Analyse incidents and audit data, recommending improvements.
• Coach and mentor supervisors and employees on HSE practices.
• Promote a strong safety and sustainability culture across the business.

What You Bring to the Team

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an environmental/HSE role.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and HSE legislation, standards, and systems.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and environmental monitoring.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• White Card (Construction Induction) and current driver’s licence.
• (Desirable) Certificate IV in WHS and/or ICAM investigation experience.
