Think Renewable is building out its Sydney sales team, offering an entry-level sales role in solar and renewable energy with uncapped commission and weekly pay. Full training is provided and the role is designed for hospo workers seeking a performance-based path.

You will travel across Sydney, talk with homeowners, and qualify interest to set up consultations for Solar and Battery Specialists, with daily coaching and clear progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Getting out across Sydney every day, having real conversations with homeowners
• Qualifying genuine interest and booking consultations for our Solar and Battery Specialists
• Competing on live leaderboards and pushing yourself against daily targets
• Getting live coaching every single day from leaders who've walked the same path
• Building a complete sales toolkit: rapport, objection handling, qualifying, closing, resilience
• Waking up every morning to a role that actually rewards what you put in
