Job summary

TBH is seeking an Entry Level Project Planner (Analyst) in Canberra to join our growing Eastern Region team. You’ll support project controls, scheduling, and data analysis while learning from experienced consultants and senior leaders across major projects.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across industries, developing a strong foundation in project planning, reporting, and client deliverables in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Exposure to project scheduling or project controls.
• Foundational knowledge in construction management.
• Exposure to Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Experience using Microsoft applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
• Professional, reliable and client-focused attitude.
• Curiosity, initiative and a proactive mindset toward learning.

Responsibilities

• Supporting project plan implementation and delivery under guidance from senior team members.

As our Analyst you’ll be responsible for:

What you’ll bring

As our successful candidate you'll bring;

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• Some exposure to project scheduling or project controls
• Exposure and foundational knowledge in construction management
• Exposure to project management software like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
• Experience using Microsoft applications and software (desirable).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support report preparation
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
