L\'épi Bakery Group is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to help tell our brand stories across social media and support hands‑on marketing at our headquarters and stores. You’ll create content, assist with campaigns, and keep materials current while learning the ropes of retail and hospitality marketing.

We value a strong eye for photo and video, comfort with iPhone shooting, and a willingness to learn captions and brand voice.

Qualifications

• Strong photo, video, and social media skills with a creative eye for detail.
• Confident shooting on an iPhone; editing skills a bonus.
• A way with words, or potential to develop one; keen to learn captions and adapt to each brand's voice.
• Basic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or similar.
• Comfortable with practical tasks like printing and organising materials.
• Reliable and detail-oriented, especially with administrative tasks and deadlines.
• Positive, motivated, and genuinely keen to grow; you're proactive and eager to learn.
• On-site across headquarters and locations spanning three brands.

Responsibilities

• Create social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including engaging short-form video
• Write captions and schedule content in each brand’s voice
• Take photos of products, store displays, and events for social and promotional use
• Design graphics and promotional materials
• Update website and online product information
• Assist with event preparation and marketing for major events
• Support email marketing and customer database management
• Handle marketing and general administrative tasks
• Ensure promotional materials are current across all locations
• Support basic data entry and reporting
• Help coordinate deliveries and logistics for marketing materials and event supplies
• An excellent entry-point into marketing with hands-on experience across content creation, design, and campaign execution
• Training and mentorship in marketing fundamentals
