Job summary

Davidson is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a large-scale transformation across people, process and technology. The role will start on a part-time basis (3 days per week on site) with a transition to full-time from March 2027, under an initial 12-month contract.

You will work with senior executives and external delivery partners to ensure successful delivery and benefits realization. The ideal candidate has extensive program leadership experience, governance and reporting

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating at Program Director level on large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven ability to take complex programs through implementation, go-live and transition into BAU.
• Strong knowledge of UAT, dress rehearsals, change management and training execution.
• Experience delivering transformation across people, process, data and technology.
• Excellent executive, Board and sponsor engagement and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex business transformation program.
• Drive delivery across business process, data, technology, change and operating model streams.
• Oversee key activities including UAT, dress rehearsals, training and transition to BAU.
• Provide executive and Board-level reporting and presentations to the sponsor.
• Establish and maintain program governance, risk, financial and delivery controls.
• Coordinate multiple delivery partners, SIers, vendors and advisors.
• Support delivery teams hands-on to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
