Bluebird is seeking a Principal Technical Customer Success Manager to own the top ~10 strategic accounts in Australia’s cyber security market. You’ll sit with CISOs and CIOs, translating SOC threat data into meaningful narratives that drive decisions, with no quota and full autonomy.
You’ll own the technical relationship, run monthly/quarterly reviews, surface gaps and expansion opportunities, and protect renewal through credibility rather than KPIs.
Principal Technical Customer Success Manager — Australian Cyber Security | $150K-$180K base + up to $20K variable
Our client is an established, founder-led Australian cyber security firm — MDR, DFIR, GRC and Offensive Security, sovereign-owned — is pivoting hard into enterprise, government and higher education, and has just landed several major logos in that space.
They're creating a new senior seat to match: a Principal Technical Customer Success Manager owning the top ~10 strategic accounts.
This isn't a report-and-escalate CSM role. You'll sit in the room with CISOs and CIOs at some of the country's most regulated organisations, translate what the SOC and threat hunting teams are seeing into a narrative that actually matters to that specific client, and be the technical reason they stay before renewal is ever a conversation. No quota. No team to manage. Just deep account ownership and total autonomy over how you run it.

Location: Melbourne preferred (hybrid, one anchor day), genuinely open to remote for the right person given the client base is national — some travel involved.
