Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead large-scale digital transformation, application modernization, and cloud migration across on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. You will define technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and design end-to-end solutions spanning Cloud, APIs, data platforms, and ECM/BPM domains.

Job description

Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation, application modernization, and cloud migration

initiatives, defining technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and enterprise

Design end-to-end solution architectures across Cloud, Microservices, APIs, Data Platforms, ECM,

BPM, AI, and Digital Experience technologies, ensuring scalability, security, resilience, and

regulatory compliance.

Partner with business leaders, CXOs, enterprise architects, and key stakeholders to translate

business strategy into technology solutions and transformation programs.

Drive architecture governance, technology assessments, solution reviews, and implementation best

practices across large and complex enterprise programs.

Lead modernization and migration programs involving applications, content, data, and platforms

across on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.

Architect and deliver solutions for Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Public Sector clients,

including Digital Payments, Customer Onboarding, Workflow Automation, ECM, and Customer

Engagement platforms.

Establish high-availability, disaster recovery, observability, performance, security, and operational

excellence frameworks to meet enterprise non-functional requirements.

Own program-level estimation, solution sizing, project planning, risk management, governance, and

successful end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Support business growth through pre-sales engagement, solution consulting, RFP responses,

proposal development, bid defense presentations, and identification of new business opportunities.

Desired Skills

Deep knowledge of Microservices, API Architecture, Integration Platforms, Spring Boot, Kubernetes,

and DevOps/CI-CD practices.

Extensive experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms such as IBM FileNet,

IBM Case Manager, OpenText, Documentum, or SharePoint.

Strong domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) with exposure to

Digital Payments, Customer Onboarding, Workflow Automation, and Regulatory Compliance solutions.

Proven experience in stakeholder management, architecture governance, solution estimation,

project delivery, and executive-level communication across global teams.

Experience supporting Pre-sales, RFPs, Solution Consulting, Proposal Development, and Business

Growth initiatives with demonstrated client-facing leadership capabilities.
