Rentokil Initial Group’s Ambius Melbourne team is seeking a high-performing Sales Consultant to drive new business with major corporate offices and enterprise facilities. You will apply a consultative approach, engaging facility managers and C-suite stakeholders to tailor plantscape solutions that elevate wellness and brand perception.

You will join a dynamic sales team, supported by an experienced Sales Manager and Operations team, with a clear path for career progression and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound B2B sales and closing enterprise deals.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Ability to map corporate targets and plan strategic coverage of Melbourne.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by acquiring new B2B accounts across large corporate offices and enterprise facilities.
• Engage senior stakeholders and facility managers to understand spatial requirements and budgets.
• Create, present, and close bespoke plantscape and biophilic design solutions for major offices.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline to meet revenue targets consistently.
• Maintain executive-level relationships for retention and expansion across key accounts.
