Job summary

CSIRO is seeking an Enterprise Risk Advisor to join its newly formed Integrity Unit. You will help identify, assess and manage strategic, operational and emerging risks, promoting a proactive risk culture across the organisation.

Key duties include risk workshops, reporting to senior management and enhancing the organisation’s risk framework, with flexible working arrangements across multiple Australian locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in risk management, governance, compliance or related field.
• Experience in enterprise risk management across strategic, operational and emerging risks.
• Strong understanding of GRC systems and processes; capable of admin, configuration and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to CSIRO units on risk identification, assessment and management.
• Develop and review risk assessment processes and documentation; support continuous improvement.
• Prepare and deliver risk reports and insights to senior management.
