We support the delivery of public sector programs and services by providing information and technology services, processing financial transactions, auditing government operations, collecting and sharing geographic data, managing major purchases, and supporting government departments and first responders.

About Our Opportunity

The Enterprise Risk Analyst assists in the overall risk management and loss prevention strategy for the Province. This includes identifying and assessing strategic and operational risks, recommending loss protection programs, managing insurance policies and self-insurance programs, and liaising with insurance brokers. The incumbent will review insurance certificates, advise on contractual wordings, and research and provide trend analysis on claims history.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field with a minimum of five years of experience, or a master’s degree in business administration or a related field with three years of related experience. A Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) or Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation is required.

The incumbent must have a valid class 5 driver’s license and submit a satisfactory criminal record check and current driver’s abstract before hire. They must remain current with industry, legislative, and legal standards related to insurance and risk management, and possess superb interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay Grade: PR 13, Salary Range: $2,556.10- $3,107.16 Bi-Weekly
