Job summary

Podium is seeking an experienced Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager for Australia’s Automotive team. You will lead multi-location, multi-product rollouts, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure seamless transitions onto the Podium platform.

You’ll partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Tech Support to deliver integrations, AI configuration, testing and training, tracking readiness and milestones across dealerships and OEMs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in project management, implementation management or enterprise onboarding.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-location projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for large dealer groups and OEMs, from kick-off through go-live and handover to CS.
• Develop project plans with milestones, timelines, deliverables and dependencies.
• Coordinate pilots, staged rollouts and group-wide deployments across locations.
• Serve as primary project contact for executives and stakeholders.
• Set cadences, run progress reviews, and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, Tech Support, Integrations and CX on integrations and training.
• Track location readiness, training completion and go-live milestones.
• Identify risks and roadblocks, escalate and drive resolution.
• Maintain documentation and implement reusable templates for scale.
