Job summary

You will design, implement, and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, wireless and data centre networks, with strong emphasis on security, identity-based access, and partner collaboration. Five years of customer-facing experience and vendor certifications are favorable.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of customer-facing technical experience.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience delivering network refreshes and migrations.
• Experience with enterprise and data centre networks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and develop technical solutions for enterprise & data centres.
• Design, implement and troubleshoot enterprise and data centre networks.
• Work across WAN, LAN, wireless and data centre environments.
• Deliver network refreshes, migrations and secure access solutions.
• Produce high-level and detailed technical documentation.
• Participate in customer workshops and technical discussions.
