This 12-month fixed-term People Enablement Lead role sits in our People & Culture team and partners with senior leaders to drive enterprise-wide leadership, talent and capability programs. Lead end-to-end enablement design, deliver and change management, creating engaging digital learning assets and data-driven campaigns that fit into daily workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic design and measurement of enterprise-wide capability initiatives.
• Strong understanding of modern learning technologies and instructional design.
• Hands-on with learning tech and authoring tools.
• Data analytics to inform learning strategies and KPIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management in large-scale environments.
• Ability to navigate varying leadership maturity and foster growth.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion with agile PM skills.
• Desirable tertiary HR/OD/Organisational Psychology qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and sprints across leadership, talent, capability and workforce planning.
• Map future skills like AI literacy and establish capability frameworks.
• Design, deliver and change-manage enterprise-wide enablement programs.
• Create modern digital learning assets including e-learning, scripts and microlearning.
• Translate strategy into bite-sized learning campaigns for daily flow of work.
• Identify critical roles and build robust talent pools with targeted initiatives.
• Manage external vendors and program budgets for value and alignment.
• Advise senior leaders on capability challenges and future-skills mapping.
