You will be a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, combining technical depth with business insight across the entire customer journey—from pre-sales to post-sales success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in identity, authentication, or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and biometric technologies.
• Experience in SaaS platforms and enterprise client engagement.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Advise on digital identity, biometric authentication, and proofing.
• Provide guidance on GDPR, PSD2, eIDAS, FIDO.
• Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and shape solutions.
• Deliver demos and lead technical responses for RFPs/POCs.
• Translate customer needs/business requirements into secure solution architectures.
• Support implementation and integration alongside Customer Success Managers.
• Maximise platform adoption and business outcomes for customers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting and enhancements.
