Job summary

face2face Recruitment is seeking an experienced Release Manager to lead planning, coordination and deployment across a complex ICT environment. You will work closely with engineering, testing, delivery and business teams to ensure releases are well planned and implemented.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, knowledge of SDLC and ICT change processes, and the ability to manage multiple releases and external partners across Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning, executing and managing software releases.
• Strong experience with release planning, tracking and deployment tools.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills across multiple releases.
• Experience coordinating developers, testers, engineers and operations teams.
• Understanding of SDLC, project management and ICT change processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective Release Management processes.
• Coordinate release schedules across multiple applications and portfolios.
• Manage release readiness, milestone and Go/No-Go reviews.
• Develop release, deployment, run book and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, testing and delivery and external teams.
• Ensure ICT change, testing and release processes are followed.
