- Foster trusted relationships with senior leaders to increase Microsoft Security's market share. - Lead your team to surpass business targets through strategic trend analysis, risk assessment, and sales pipeline development and review. - Coach your team in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering customer and partner relationships that progress sales opportunities and pipeline within their territory. - Develop and foster relationships with senior leadership and the account team to support your team to navigate and overcome challenges. - Drive adoption of new tools and processes, instilling data and operational rigor for accurate and timely reporting of key metrics and sales targets, providing thoughtful business insights to reach strategic goals. - Effectively guide your team through change. Keeping them motivated and focused on customer engagement as market conditions and customer needs evolve in a digitally enabled market.
Qualifications (Text Only)
Required Qualifications (RQs) - 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - OR equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications (PQs) - 9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 10+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - 5+ years of solution or services sales experience - 3+ year(s) of people management experience Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
