Qualifications

• Experience delivering or coordinating telecommunications services in enterprise, wholesale or network environments.
• Strong project planning and coordination skills across multiple activities and dependencies.
• Proven ability to manage delivery risks and escalate when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and business teams.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Own the coordination of end-to-end delivery activity for enterprise services.
• Build delivery plans, confirm milestones and coordinate actions across teams.
• Serve as central point of contact for delivery queries and escalations.
• Lead follow-ups to keep commitments on track.
• Maintain delivery trackers and provide weekly status reports.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies early and mitigate.
