Job summary

Rest is seeking a Head of Delivery, Portfolio & Change - Enterprise to lead the enterprise delivery and change capability across the technology division. You will steer the Enterprise Services portfolio and run portfolio planning as a service, shaping demand and capacity with stable teams and predictable delivery.

You will lead a diverse team of portfolio, project, change and initiative leaders, translate priorities into delivery options, and maintain durable roadmaps, backlogs and governance.

Qualifications

• Project/program/portfolio management certification (e.g. PMP/PRINCE2) or equivalent delivery experience.
• Leadership of enterprise technology portfolio spanning finance, HR/payroll, procurement and platforms.
• Experience delivering at scale with demand, prioritisation, throughput and milestone delivery.
• Ability to enable federated delivery models in business and technology domains.
• Experience with enterprise change management and benefits realization.
• Experience leading multi-team managers and setting performance standards.
• Knowledge of regulatory obligations for corporate platforms and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, portfolio management and change enablement for the enterprise domain.
• Run portfolio planning as a service across Technology, Transformation & Enablement Division.
• Lead diverse team of portfolio, project, change and initiative leaders.
• Translate priorities into options, capacity, sequencing and commitments.
• Maintain integrated planning, roadmaps, backlogs and capacity policies.
• Publish end-to-end cross-domain roadmaps and dependencies.
• Support planning with functional leaders across Rest.
• Ensure governance, evidence and data quality for portfolio information.
