Job summary

Tabcorp is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead enterprise compliance and assurance, reporting to the General Manager - Risk & Compliance. You will influence how regulatory obligations are managed, how compliance is assessed, and how leaders make well-informed decisions across the business.

You’ll design and evolve the compliance management framework, oversee adherence to obligations and standards, and drive a risk-based assurance program with independent insights to improve control

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in compliance within complex regulatory environments.
• Ability to lead multi-functional teams and grow capability.
• Experience in compliance, audit, risk or assurance environments.
• Proven ability to design and embed compliance frameworks.
• Strong influencing skills with executives and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering assurance programs, control testing and QA functions.
• Ability to identify risks and drive remediation actions.
• Builds compliance awareness across teams.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services, wagering, banking, or gaming.

Responsibilities
