Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a large Australian health and financial services organisation in Melbourne. You will shape the enterprise architecture strategy across customer platforms, enterprise systems, and process automation, translating complex technology into clear business outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define roadmaps, standards, and governance, driving simplification and reuse across domains while supporting Customer 360

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience across enterprise or domain architecture.
• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Broad knowledge across CRM, cloud, integration, data and enterprise applications.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
• Exposure to business process automation/workflow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate enterprise architecture strategy, roadmaps and blueprints.
• Provide architecture guidance across multiple business units and technology domains.
• Support Customer 360 / single customer view and customer engagement initiatives.
• Evaluate technology platforms and provide strategic recommendations.
• Drive application simplification, consolidation and reuse across the enterprise.
• Establish architecture standards, principles and governance.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders, Domain Architects and Solution Architects.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and workflows.

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a large and complex organisation undergoing significant technology transformation. You will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape the enterprise architecture strategy, with a focus on customer platforms, enterprise systems, process automation and technology simplification. This role suits an architect with strong technical breadth, commercial thinking and the ability to translate complex technology into clear business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and communicate enterprise architecture strategy, roadmaps and blueprints.
• Provide architecture guidance across multiple business units and technology domains.
• Support Customer 360 / single customer view and customer engagement initiatives.
