Job summary

World Vision Australia is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to establish and drive the enterprise AI agenda, enabling responsible, scalable AI adoption across the organization. You will lead the development of an AI strategy, governance framework, and adoption roadmap while prioritising high-impact initiatives that deliver measurable value.

You will partner with Technology, Data, Risk, Privacy, Legal, Finance and People & Culture to ensure governance, risk controls and responsible AI practices

Qualifications

• Experience shaping enterprise AI strategies and operating models.
• Hands-on leadership of AI-enabled transformation initiatives from discovery to adoption.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI, including ethics, privacy and governance.
• Experience collaborating with Technology and Data teams on solution options and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an enterprise AI strategy and roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, decision-making processes and prioritisation criteria.
• Advise senior leaders on AI opportunities, risks and investment decisions.
• Coordinate AI enablement across Technology, Data, Risk, Privacy, Legal, Finance and People & Culture.
