Job summary

World Vision Australia is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to shape and drive the enterprise AI transformation across the organisation. You will define the strategy, governance framework and adoption roadmap, delivering AI-enabled initiatives that create measurable impact for children and communities.

You will lead discovery through to implementation, oversee cross-functional programmes, and ensure responsible AI adoption with a strong focus on risk, ethics and governance.

Qualifications

Strategic enterprise AI strategy & operating model experience.
Hands-on delivery of AI-enabled transformations from discovery to adoption.
Strong understanding of responsible AI including ethics, governance, and risk.
Experience partnering with Technology and Data teams on integration and risk.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver enterprise AI strategy and roadmap aligned with organisational priorities.
Establish governance, decision processes and prioritisation.
Advise senior leaders on AI opportunities, risks, ethics and investment decisions.
Lead AI-enabled transformations with clear business ownership, value and measures.
Coordinate cross-functional redesigns with Technology, Data, vendors and business teams.
Develop responsible AI principles, policies and decision frameworks.
Create playbooks and tools to support safe business-led adoption.
Measure adoption, productivity improvements and value creation.
