Job summary

DoorDash Australia is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Enterprise Restaurant Partnerships team. You will help promote strategy, planning, and relationships with some of our largest clients, shaping growth plans for a portfolio of brands.

You will report to the Strategic Engagement Manager Lead Enterprise Partnerships and work closely with partners and DoorDash teams to ensure successful launches and continued partnership growth.

• Serve as liaison between partners and DoorDash teams across functions.

About The Role

DoorDash is looking for a Senior Associate to join the Enterprise Restaurant team, to help promote the strategy, project planning, and relationship management of some of our largest clients. The DoorDash Enterprise team is responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest businesses in Australia. Given the scale of our key partners, you will be an essential piece of DoorDash's success in every market in which we operate. As a Senior Associate on the Enterprise Restaurant Partnerships Team you'll help develop growth plans and lead the daily execution for a portfolio of brands.

• Develop & own important reporting needs with our clients to provide insights
• Project manage large-scale enterprise merchant launches and initiatives for our top brands and oversee continued operational success for existing clients
• Oversee partner specific needs (e.g., POS (point of sale) integrations, customised reporting, menu optimisation, merchant marketing, operational improvements)
• Work cross-functionally and serve as the liaison between our partners and DoorDash teams
• Build direct relationships with important partners throughout each brand, ensuring client needs are met at all levels
• You will report directly to the Strategic Engagement Manager Lead Enterprise Partnerships
