Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Enterprise Restaurant Partnerships Team in Australia. You will help promote strategy, project planning, and relationship management for our largest clients as we scale with key partners across the Australian market.

You will develop growth plans, lead daily execution for a portfolio of brands, and work cross-functionally to ensure client needs are met at all levels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills
• Experience directly with external clients; build and maintain long-term relationships
• Ability to turn broad challenges into actionable projects with clear goals

• Project manage large-scale enterprise merchant launches and initiatives for top brands
• Oversee partner-specific needs (POS integrations, customised reporting, menu optimisation, merchant marketing, operational improvements)
• Serve as the liaison between partners and DoorDash teams cross-functionally
• Build direct relationships with important partners across each brand
• Report directly to the Strategic Engagement Manager Lead Enterprise Partnerships

About the Role

DoorDash is looking for a Senior Associate to join the Enterprise Restaurant team, to help promote the strategy, project planning, and relationship management of some of our largest clients. The DoorDash Enterprise team is responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest businesses in Australia. Given the scale of our key partners, you will be an essential piece of DoorDash's success in every market in which we operate. As a Senior Associate on the Enterprise Restaurant Partnerships Team you'll help develop growth plans and lead the daily execution for a portfolio of brands.
