Cranbourne Central Medical Centre are seeking a motivated and compassionate Practice Nurse (RN or EN) to join our friendly and supportive general practice team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working in a primary care setting and making a real difference to patients' health outcomes. The role will include:

  • Chronic disease management (care plans, health assessments, reviews)
  • Wound care and dressings
  • ECGs, spirometry, ear syringing and other clinical procedures
  • Iron infusions and minor assistance with GP procedures
  • Supporting GPs with daily patient care
