Job summary

Conexson is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for casual shifts across Victor Harbor and Encounter Bay in SA. Work across multiple Residential Aged Care facilities with the freedom to choose when and where you work, backed by weekly pay and a supportive agency team.

You will deliver safe, person-centred care, administer medications per care plans, monitor residents, mentor support staff, and maintain accurate clinical documentation to meet facility standards.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months EN experience in aged care.
• Excellent clinical and time management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (flu and COVID-19).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
