Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our Urgent Care Service in NSW. You will provide high-quality nursing support for urgent, non-emergency conditions, working with Registered Nurses to ensure appropriate patient care and smooth operations across our centres.

The role offers opportunities to enhance clinical skills, contribute to a growing urgent care network, and work in a dynamic team with a focus on patient-centred care. Flexible shifts, training, and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Meet minimum experience: 3 years in Primary Care/General practice OR 2 years in Emergency Department OR 3 years in Medical/Surgical/Orthopaedics.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, organized clinical environment while balancing administrative duties (Medicare billing, coding, documentation) with hands-on clinical care.
• Greet patients, assist with appointment scheduling and maintain up-to-date registration details.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to deliver care for injuries and illnesses.
• Perform clinical care activities including patient history, medication administration, wound care and plastering.
• Maintain safety and professional standards in accordance with ForHealth policies.
• Support patient guidance and accurate documentation for ongoing treatment.
• Champion workplace health and safety and participate in safety initiatives.
