Job summary

Redstone Nursing in Victoria is seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses for short-term contracts across regional and rural locations. Earn between $50–$100/hr with penalties; agency covers travel, accommodation, and rosters to let you focus on care and leadership.

Contracts range from 2 to 12 weeks with potential extension. You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care, lead teams, and ensure medication and documentation standards are met across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience as an EN in aged care or similar.
• Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted).
• Police Check within the last 12 months.
• Up-to-date flu and COVID-19 vaccinations.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in aged care and multi-purpose facilities.
• Lead and support care staff within a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee medications, wound care, documentation, and clinical handovers.
• Ensure care aligns with Aged Care Quality Standards and facility procedures.

  What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 12 months experience as an EN in residential aged care or similar.
  • Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted).

  • Full Australian working rights (citizenship, PR, or relevant visa).
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to hit the ground running.
