Job summary

Redstone Recruitment seeks an Enrolled Nurse for short-term contracts across regional and rural Victoria. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centered care in aged care settings and leading care teams on site.

We handle travel, accommodation, and rosters to let you focus on patient care. Expect competitive hourly rates, flexible assignments from 2 to 12 weeks, and ongoing support from a nurse-led agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience as EN in residential aged care.
• Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted).
• Police Check within the last 12 months.
• Up-to-date flu and COVID-19 vaccinations.
• Full Australian working rights (citizenship, PR, or relevant visa).
• Flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care in aged care and multi-purpose facilities.
• Lead and support care staff while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee medications, wound care, documentation, clinical handovers, and escalation of resident needs.
• Ensure care aligns with the Aged Care Quality Standards and facility procedures.
• Build strong rapport with residents, families, and staff to foster positive care environments.
